Crystal Insurance holds 110th board meeting

110th Meeting of the Board of Directors of Crystal Insurance PLC was held in the Board Room of Company's Corporate Office at Purana Paltan, Dhaka recently, says a press release.

Abdullah Al-Mahmud (Mahin),Chairman of the Company presided over the meeting.

A.H.M. Mozammel Hoque, Md. Tajul Islam, Abdullah Hasan, Mrs. Farhana Danesh, Soera Jahir, Nusrat Mahmud, Nabila Mahmud, Mr. Arafat Rashid, Directors , Md. Rashedur Rahman and Abdul LatifMiah, Independent Directors, SM Shahidullah, Chief Executive Officer, Mahfuzur Rahman FCA, Additional Managing Director and Company Secretary, Md. Saydul Islam, DMD and CFO and Shourav Chandra Bhadra, Assistant Vice President (HIAC) of the Company were attended in the meeting.

After details discussion, The Board recommended the audited financial statement for the year ended 31st December, 2024 and 12% cash dividend on the profit of 2024 for adoption in the next Annual General Meeting.
