Three people, of a family were injured in cylinder explosion of a private car at Ashulia area in Savar.
The accident occurred at Habib CNG station at Palashbari area of Ashulia on Thursday evening.
The injured are Imran Hasan Sunny , 35 , his wife Mukta Akhtar, 32, and their son Kazi Minhaj, 11, resident of Katasur Kaderabad area under Mohammadpur in the capital.
According to locals, a private came to refilling gas at the filling station. When a worker started filling the cylinder of the private car, an explosion suddenly occurred. Three passengers in the private car were injured.
Ashulia Police Station inspector (Investigation) Kamal Hossain confirmed the incident.
Legal action would be taken in this regard, the OC added.
