The 17th Bangladesh International Plastic, Printing and Packaging Industry Fair, also known as IPF 2025, will be held at the International Convention City Bashundhara from Feb 12 to Feb 15.
The trade event - recognised as one of the largest in the region - will bring together 390 companies from 18 countries across 800 stalls. Companies from China, Japan, the US, and Italy will be among those displaying their wares.
"The event will feature state-of-the-art products and solutions in the plastics and packaging industry," according to a press release from the organisers.
"The impact of IPF on the plastic industry of Bangladesh is transformative."
The event is being jointly organised by the Bangladesh Plastic Goods Manufacturers Exporters Association, or BPGMEA, and Yorkers Trade and Marketing Service.
The organisers say they expect the fair to attract new investment and further expand market opportunities.
"As plastics become indispensable in the global market, the event offers a glimpse into the industry's future," they said.
