Closing ceremony of BUP Film Fest-2025 held

The Department of Mass Communication and Journalism of Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) organized the Closing and Prize Distribution Ceremony of the two-day long �BUP Film Fest-2025� on 02 February 2025 at Bijoy Auditorium.

The fest was arranged to educate the young film makers on different film related issues and encourage them in film making. In the fest, 450 participants from 40 renowned public and private universities contended in six categories namely Short Film, Cosplay, Script Writing, Documentary, AD Making and Cine Quiz. BUP Vice-Chancellor Major General Md Mahbub-ul Alam graced the occasion as the chief guest and distributed prizes among the winners.
The popular Bangladeshi film actor of 90s Khawaja Naim Murad was present as the special guest. Among others, BUP high officials, faculty members and students were also present in the ceremony.
