The Supreme Court (SC), the apex court of thecountry, will resume its regular function from January 2, 2017 after15-day recess.
The apex court went to the vacation on December 18, leaving the vacationbenches and court of Chamber Judge to deal with the urgent matters at theHigh Court and Appellate Division.
Meanwhile, Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha reconstituted 51 benches ofthe High Court, which will hear different cases from January 2, 2017.
