Met office forecasts dry weather over country

Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) Friday predicted weather may remain dry for the next 24 hours over the country.

“Weather may remain dry with partly cloudy sky over the country”, said the forecast begins from 9am today.
Ridge of sub-continental high extends up to West Bengal and adjoining area. Seasonal low lies over South Bay, extending its trough to Northeast Bay, reports BSS.

Light to moderate fog may occur at places over the country during late night to morning.  Night temperature may remain nearly unchanged and day temperature may fall slightly over the country.

Country’s maximum temperature on Thursday was recorded 31.4 degree Celsius at Teknaf and minimum temperature today was recorded 11.3 degree Celsius at Srimangal.

The sun sets Friday at 05:34 pm and rises Saturday at  06:43 am in the capital.
