2 killed in Rajshahi road accident

Two motorcycle riders were killed after being run over by a trolley in Rajshahi's Bagha upazila on Monday night. 

The accident took place around 8:45 pm at Sajer Battala under Bagha upazila.
The dead were Faisal Hossain, 15, son of Babar Ali of Mominpur Bagna village in Natore's Lalpur upazila, and Nasir Uddin, 20, son of Manik Hossain of the same area.

Police said Faisal and Nasir were returning home at night riding on a motorcycle. On the way, when they reached in the area, they were hit by a truck coming from the opposite direction and fell on the road. At that time, a sugarcane-laden trolley ran over them, leaving them injured.

They were rushed to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital where the on-duty doctor declared them dead.

Bagha Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Afm Asaduzzaman confirmed news.
