An unpleasant incident occurred on the first day of the 11th
edition of the BPL. Fans broke a gate of the stadium after they
were frustrated failing to purchase tickets after waiting for hours.
Considering the sufferings, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has increased the ticket booths.
An
additional ticket booth has been set up next to the City Club Ground of
BCB Mirpur-12, BCB confirmed this in a press release on Monday night.
The booth opened at 8AM on Tuesday.
Apart from this, tickets will also be available at the booth of the National Swimming Complex adjacent to Sher-e-Bangla Indoor Stadium.
However, tickets will not be available at the designated branch of Madhumoti Bank as the bank holiday today.
Khulna Tigers-Chittagong Kings and Rangpur Riders-Sylhet Strikers will face off in the BPL on Tuesday, the last day of the year.
