BAPEX holds 35th Annual General Meeting

 
The 35th Annual General Meeting of Bangladesh Petroleum Exploration and Production Company Ltd (BAPEX) was held at BAPEX office recently, says a press release. 

The shareholders and members of the company's board of directors participated in the meeting presided over by Istiaque Ahmad, chairman of the BAPEX Board and ex-secretary of the government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

The Shareholders approved the company's Audit Report and Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2023-2024 at the meeting. During the financial year, the total income and expenditure of the company were Tk 895.13 crore and Tk. 491.33 crore, respectively. The company's profit after tax was Tk. 273.00 crore.

During the year the company has deposited Tk. 365.56 crore as government revenue to the national treasury.
