Minor drowns at Bagatipara

BAGATIPARA, NATORE, Dec 12: A minor boy drowned in a pond in Bagatipara Upazila of the district on Wednesday.

The deceased was identified as Shafi, 4, son of Pintu Ali, a resident of Swarappur Village under Panka Union.

Local and the deceased's family sources said that Shafi fell in a pond next to the house at noon while playing beside it.
