Couple found hanging from same fan in M'singh

Police recovered the hanging bodies of a husband and wife from the same ceiling fan with a saree in Mymensingh's Bhaluka on Wednesday.

The incident took place around 6:30 pm at Jamirdia Masterbari under Bhaluka upazila in the district.
The dead were identified as Sagar Islam, 22, and his wife Nupur, 19, hailed from Netrokona and Dinajpur. They were said to be workers of local 'Crown Factory'.

Bhaluka Model Police Station Inspector (Investigation) Humayun Kabir confirmed the news.

He said, 'Two months ago, the couple rented a house in Masterbari area. Their hanging bodies were suddenly recovered this evening. However, the details will be known through investigation.'
