Long march aheads amid huge crowd in N'ganj

A huge crowd was found in Narayanganj when leaders and activists of Jubo Dal, Swechchasebak Dal and Chhatra Dal were crossing the district with the long march towards Agartala.

The march started from BNP's central office at Nayapaltan in the capital at 9AM on Wednesday and entered Narayanganj at about 9:30AM.

A large number of leaders and activists of BNP's three associate bodies joined when the long march was crossing Kanchpur from Chittagong Road. They were seen holding banners, festoons and placards.

Narayanganj Metropolitan Jubo Dal's convener Monirul Islam Sajal said, "Since the fall of the fascist government through the student-people mass uprising, Sheikh Hasina has been conspiring against the country staying in India. The Indian government is also conspiring against Bangladesh. Protesting this, thousands of leaders and activists from Narayanganj have joined the long march program today."
