Bangla Bosoti, the country's first modern township offering sustainable living, has officially launched near Aminbazar, adjacent to the proposed Dhaka-Hemayetpur Metro Rail Line.

The launch ceremony, held at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in Dhaka recently, was attended by Sharmeen S. Murshid, Advisor to the Ministry of Social Welfare and the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs, as the Chief Guest, says a press release.

This innovative project enables buyers to secure land ownership with a saf-kabla deed by paying only 30% down payment and to build aesthetically designed duplex or triplex homes over the next five years through installments equivalent to average monthly house rent in Dhaka. Bangla Bosoti's Chairman and CEO Md. Salah Uddin presided over the event and elaborated on the project's mission to provide affordable and sustainable homeownership options. Chief Guest Sharmeen S. Murshid said, “Eco-friendly and sustainable housing projects not only benefit nature but also support our physical and mental well-being. Bangla Bosoti offers a unique social environment that will play a crucial role in nurturing our future generations, living within nature”.
