New president of Ad-hoc committee of Shahidul  Islam Degree College

FENI, Dec 10: Mabrur Hossain has been made president of Ad-hoc committee of Boktarmunsi Sheikh Shahidul Islam Degree College under the National University in Sonagazi Upazila.

On December 8, the national university authorities nominated him as the president in a circular. 

Mabrur Hossain is an industrialist and education-friendly person. He is the son of Hosaf Group's founding chairman Moazzam Hossain, also a unique director of the industrial conglomerate.  

He is nephew of late MP (Feni-3) Mosharraf Hossain, and he obtained higher education in business studies in the UK.
