NATORE, Dec 9: A-two-day Information Fair was opened on Kanaikhali Stadium in the district town on Monday.
Asma Shahin, deputy commissioner of Natore inaugurated the fair as the chief guest.
Marufat Hossain, police superintendent of Natore, was present as special guest.
Under the supervision of the district administration, Sacheton Nagorik Committee (SNC) and the Transparent International of Bangladesh (TIB)-Natore jointly organized the fair.
Various events were arranged including rally, discussion meeting, public hearing, painting competition on corruption, debate competition, quiz contest and cultural function.
Rezaul Karim Reza, president of SNC-Natore unit, said, the fair has been arranged in order to make people aware about the information rights and its unobstructed flowing.
