The draw of the group-round of the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027 Qualifiers was held on Monday when Bangladesh was pit in Group-C with Hong Kong, neighbouring India, and Singapore.
All the opponents are in better position than Bangladesh in comparison to strength and ranks.
These group rivals will face each others twice, once in a home match and another time in an away match.
Bangladesh will face India in the first match in India on 25 March next year. The boys is the red and green outfits will meet Singapore rivals on 10 June at home. They will engage with the Hong Kong boys on 9 October at home again.
Bangladesh and Hong Kong are scheduled to meet at the away match on 14 October.
The home match of Bangladesh against India is set to be played on 18 November while Bangladesh will finish its Qualifier group round with an away match against Singapore on 31 March in 2027.
The 19th edition of the AFC Asian Cup, the Asian Football Confederation's quadrennial international men's football competition, will take place in 2027. Following its expansion in 2019, the event now features 24 national teams. It will take place in Saudi Arabia from 15 January to 8 February 2027.
