According to a statement issued by the PSC, the application process for 47th BCS, which was set to begin at 10:00 AM on December 10 and end at 11:59 PM on December 31, has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. The revised dates for the application process will be announced soon after approval by the commission.
The PSC had previously released a notice on November 28 regarding the 47th BCS. As per the notice, 3,487 candidates were to be recruited into various cadre positions, while 201 non-cadre positions were also to be filled. The health cadre had the highest number of vacancies, including 1,331 positions for assistant surgeons and 30 for assistant dental surgeons.
