The warm ice, lodged in your chest
Falls like burning petals onto ribs,
Each one a silent scream,
Breaking the circumference of distance.
Your eyes-a raw, searing river,
Its current washing away the scars
Of cold sorrow.
Your kiss, sweet yet venomous,
Swallows every despair like death.
You are here, yet absent-
A broken unclear mirror
That only reflects me.
Yet your silence roars in heart,
Seeking peace in every parts of you.
In truth, you are that darkened light,
Where a magnificent dawn hides.
Like a pearl glimmers within shell's depth,
You, too, are a reflection of memory.
