Reduce work pressure for better mental health

Dear sir,

In today's busy world, the pressure of work and constant stress are harming our mental health. Long working hours, heavy workloads, and no proper breaks can lead to anxiety, depression, and extreme stress. This can affect both our body and mind. To stay healthy and productive, taking regular breaks is very important.

Breaks give our mind time to relax and reduce stress. Even a short break can refresh us and help us regain focus for the next task. It helps to create a balance between our body and mind, preparing us to work better. On the other hand, working non-stop without rest can cause "burnout," a condition where we feel completely tired and unable to continue. Taking breaks can stop this from happening. Breaks can also be a chance to enjoy hobbies, do creative activities, or spend time on things we love, which makes us feel happier and more energetic.

At workplaces, regular breaks can create a healthier and more positive environment. Resting the mind is necessary to stay organized and efficient. Both individuals and organizations should make breaks a part of their daily routine to stay mentally healthy and work better.
