From the current technological world and the progress made in recent years, we can understand how technology-dependent the future world is going to be. Among those who are leading or will lead the automation of this world are the logical and skilled tech professionals.

The demand for these tech professionals has been increasing over time to meet the needs of the era, and undoubtedly, it will rise at an unimaginable rate in the future. As a modern and logically skilled individual, the role of one's university and department is of utmost importance. Universities, particularly those in engineering, are the breeding grounds where the next generation of innovators, researchers, and leaders are shaped. The environment, infrastructure, faculty, and the overall culture play a pivotal role in guiding students towards their professional futures.

Here's how the engineering environment of a university should be structured to ensure a better future:

A university's curriculum must be dynamic and adaptive to the changing needs of the global workforce. It should combine technical skills with soft skills, including creativity, problem-solving, and leadership. A well-designed curriculum will not only prepare students for existing challenges but also enable them to tackle unforeseen problems.
