Three Barishal JCD leaders suspended

Three leaders of Barishal district unit Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) have been suspended for violating party discipline.

Jahangir Alam, office secretary of JCD, announced the decision of JCD central executive body in a media release issued on Tuesday. It also instructed party members to refrain from maintaining any communication with them.

The suspended leaders are -- Syed Mahmud Hasan, assistant organising secretary of the district unit of JCD; Jubayer Mahmud, member secretary of the Mehendiganj upazila unit; and Yusuf Hossain, a leader from ward-2 of Mehendiganj municipality.

However the release did not specify the reasons for their suspension.
