Bangladesh Women's T20 squad announced for Ireland series

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) on Monday announced the squad for first two T20 internationals (T20i) of the best-of-three series against Ireland.
 
All the matches are scheduled to be held at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium (SICS) on December 5, 7 and 9.

Bangladesh's Women's team is coming off a dominant 3-0 series sweep over Ireland in the recent ODI series, which was part of the ICC Women's ODI Super League.

Squad for 1st and 2nd T20: Nigar Sultana Joty (Captain & WK), Nahida Akter (Vice Captain), Murshida Khatun, Dilara Akter, Sharmin Akter Supta, Sobhana Mostary, Shorna Akter, Ritu Moni, Rabeya, Fahima Khatun, Fariha Islam Trisna, Jahanara Alam, Jannatul Ferdus Sumona, Taj Nehar, Shanjida Akhter Maghla

Stand by: Disha Niswas, Shamima Sultana, Sarmin sultana.
The announcement of the squad comes as the Tigresses aim to maintain their dominance and secure another series win in the T20 format after their recent success in the ODIs.
