Premier Cement approves 21.50pc cash dividend

Premier Cement Mills PLC approves 21.50 per cent Cash Dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2024 at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held virtually on Saturday, under the Chairmanship of  Mohammad Mustafa Haider, Chairman of the Company, says a press release. 

Managing Director Mohammed Amirul Haque gave a brief summary of Directors' Report and replied various queries of honorable shareholders. 

Among others Directors -Mohammed Jahangir Alam, Md Alamgir Kabir and Mohammed Ershadul Hoque and Independent Directors- Fakhrul Islam and A.K.M. Delwer Hussain, FCMA, CFO-Md Selim Reza-FCA, Company Secretary Kazi Md. Shafiqur Rahman, CMA, Md. Aminul Islam, CMA remained present. 

Md. Jahangir Alam, Director of the company appraised to the final remarks and described the overall situation of the country and offered vote of thanks to concluding the Meeting.
