Bangladesh bowlers restricted the Ireland Women's team to 193-6 in the second ODI of a three-match series today at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.

The Irish team which opted to bat first after winning the toss did fairly better than the first ODI, at least in batting.
Skipper Amy Hunter led the charge with 68 runs while Orla Prendargast made 37.

Sultana Khatun took two wickets while Nahida Akter and Shorna Akter picked up one wicket apiece.

Bangladesh lead the series 1-0 following a record-breaking 154 run victory in the first match.

A win in this match will help them confirm the series with a game to spare.
