Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecast light rain at one or two places over Khulna, Barishal and Chittagong divisions in 24 hours commencing 9AM.
"Light rain is likely to occur at one or two places over Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions and weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country," said a regular bulletin of Met office on Saturday.
Night temperature may fall slightly and day temperature may fall by 1-2°Cover the country.
Besides, the deep depression over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining area moved northwestwards and intensified into a Cyclonic storm 'Fengal' and now lies over the same area at 06 AM Saturday.
It is likely to move northwesterly direction further and may cross North Tamil Nadu-Puducherry coast during evening today. Its associated trough extends up to North Bay.
The country's highest temperature was recorded in Sitakunda at 34.0 degree Celsius on Friday while the lowest temperature at 10.3 degree Celsius in Panchagarh's Tetulia till 6am on Saturday.
