Bhashani’s ideology to prep students for job markets

The Great leader Maulana Abdul Hamid Khan Bhashani is not only a political leader but also a educationist. He wanted to solve the national crisis of young generation in our country with the help of his educational ideology. Before entering Bhashani's educational ideology, let to know about the current circumstances of our youth crisis. 

Youth are so much interested in government jobs, so the job competition is performed so high. By passing this path, a huge amount of unemployed youth generation is accumulated. This also creates a upper level of depression in young generation, that I have already realized . From my tiny experience, this is educational systematic error in our educational curriculum. 

Now I will try to give youth's national crisis solution regarding Maulana Bhashani's educational ideology. Maulana Bhashani focused on 5 characteristics of an educational model from his own ideology. I discuss them step by step.

Firstly: In all universities, although arts, science and commerce are taught, any one technical education will be compulsory for every student. For example: A student reads M, A, in History. He will have to take history classes in the university as per routine and if he chooses weaving as a technical education, he will also have to learn weaving as per routine every day. 

This is the biggest advantage of learning the work, M. in history. Even if he doesn't get any degree-based job after passing this, he will not be unemployed. Technical education, be it weaving, tailoring, fishing, agriculture, electrician, will benefit him in his career. 

Let me say one more thing. Our approach will be different from other universities in selecting the syllabus of science, commerce, especially the arts department. We will focus on the three themes of mass-oriented research, discovery based on indigenous natural features, and curriculum development in the light of ideals and traditions.

Current observation: Just imagine what a progressive idea, in a word it is true. From my experience as a student of a university and staying at a critical stage for upcoming job competing, I think lonely, if I don't have any job, what do I do?

It gives me much pain as I am not used to any experimental work without studying. It's not only my personal errors, it's a systematic errors of our educational curriculum. If I would task with Bhashani's educational ideology, I would have tension free about my career. That is our reality and systematic error of our education foundation.

Second:A certain level of physical training will be compulsory for every student. The Physical Training Unit will regulate sports and physical activity routines and methods of maintaining physical and mental health. Students and teachers will get the opportunity of entertainment in the university premises. 

Current observation :This second idea of Maulana Bhashani, every students will be physical and mental fit. For this reason, the students have much potency to take stress and mental pressure , also having ability to take decision in any critical circumstances. That will be effective to turn into human resources in our country.

Third:Every student should be given the basic education of his religion in a scientific way and it will be compulsory to practice it. For example, the imam and muezzin of the mosque will be nominated from among Muslim students and teachers. A new nomination will be made after a week.

Current observation : In the views of 3rd concept of Bhashani's educational ideology, we can make ourselves as real pious and we can apply scientific concept of religion  on our lifestyle .Capture a example from Islam religion, by maintaining Sunnah of Islam , possible to improve our style.

But in our country the emotion of religion is used to wrong ways because of inappropriate religion knowledge. Maulana Bhashani's educational ideology create a practical pious , that is needed in our recent crisis. For this reason, the rate of suicide will be decreased because of youth's unemployment . 

Fourth: Everything except kerosene oil and salt, Students will have to be produced in the university premises. this Production responsibilities will be divided into groups. Again the practice of exchange .They will consume each other accordingly. 
All the needs, such as clothes, vegetables, fish, spices, etc. are provided by the students will be provided to the students. An example: Take the Department of Philosophy Students prefer handloom i.e. cloth weaving as technical education has done Again, the students of chemistry department took leather to work Reconciliation of demand between them through technical units.

Arrangements will be made. Such as lungi, towel, panjabi, and pajama cloth Shoes, bags, etc. will be provided in return. numerology of demand, exchange rates, etc., are all technical unit controls that will do

Current observation :Now just consider, from my point of view, these steps have focused on the vocational and self-dependent. As this concept was delivered in 1970 by Maulana Bhashani, the kerosene and salt concept will be updated according to the modern world. However, just observe the progressive ideas of Bhashani. He is really a foresightful person. 

I will give you an example. My academic study is on pharmacy, but sometimes I feel worried about my career because there is not a government job based on my subject. My career option is just abroad if I want a handsome salary for leading a better life. It's not a legal concept because we are studying by government financial support, but the system errors focused us to take alternative steps. On the other hand, the educational ideology of Bhashani has ensured the package study with joy. 

Fifth: Every student will have to work manually for four to five weeks during the academic year in a remote village or in an industrial area. Take, for example, English department students in their first year or working in the field somewhere in the country during the jute harvesting season in August of the second year or suppose commerce students join sugarcane slicing in a sugar mill in the country in the month of February.

Current observation :The views of the 5th concept focus on multitasking and arranging professions with respect to others. When students will be directly involved with various professional activities, they will gain the value of others  professions. It is not only achieving virtue but also capable of them as a multitasker. 

Final Observation :As a Bhashani researcher, I am working on Bhashani's educational ideology. So I have much confidence from my tiny knowledge; if the government takes the initiative to apply Bhashani's educational ideology on our educational system, the national crisis of youth generation will be demolished. It's my request to the government as also a member of the young generation.
