World diabetes Day observed in Jamalpur

World Diabetes Day 2024 was observed in the district on Thursday, stressing comprehensive awareness among mass people to prevent diabetes.

Jamalpur Diabetic Samity chalked out various programmes, including discussion and awareness to observe the day.
On the occasion, a view-exchange meeting was held at the conference room of the Diabetic Samity with its General Secretary Syed Tariqul Islam in the chair.

Civil Surgeon Dr Md Fazlul Haque, General Secretary of District BNP Advocate Shah Md Wares Ali Mamun and Secretary of District Jamaat Advocate Abdul Awal, among others, spoke at the meeting.
