'Amra BNP Paribar' organized a two-day 'Free Eye Care Camp' in the capital's Sadek Hossain Khoka playground at Gandaria area on Thursday.
Under the guidance of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Acting Chairman and main patron of 'Amra BNP Paribar' Tarique Rahman, the eye camp was held for the people whose eyesight was lost or damaged during the recent 'July-August' mass uprising.
The country's renowned ophthalmologists had been entrusted with giving treatment to the victims.
BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi inaugurated the 'eye care camp' as the chief guest while BNP Treasurer and Adviser of 'Amra BNP Paribar' M Rashiduzzaman Millat was present as a special guest. Convener of 'Amra BNP Paribar' Atiqur Rahman Rumon presided over the function.
