3 killed in Sherpur road crash

Three people were killed and three others injured in a head-on collision between a pick-up and a CNG-powered auto-rickshaw in Sherpur's Nakla Upazila on Tuesday.

The accident happened around 12:30 pm at Paiska Bypass under the upazila.
The identities of the dead could be known immediately. The four injured were referred to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital.

Nakla Police officer-in-charge (OC) Habibur Rahman said the condition of the injured is critical.

Police are trying to find out the identity of the deceased, he added.
