28 police officials transferred as major reshuffle

A total of 28 officers holding the ranks of Additional Superintendent of Police and Assistant Superintendent of Police have been transferred to different units.

A notification, signed by IGP MD Maynul Islam, in this regard was issued on Tuesday (November 12).

As per the order, 25 Additional Superintendents of Police and three Assistant Superintendents of Police have been transferred.
On November 11, 48 senior police officials, including a deputy inspector general (DIG), have been transferred to various branches.
