Judiciary Reform Commission to meet Carter Center, FBCCI Sunday

The newly formed Judiciary Reform Commission will exchange views with the delegation of the Carter Centre and Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) on Sunday as part of its consultation with stakeholders.

The commission will hold a meeting with the delegation of Carter Centre Bangladesh, a non-profit organization working on social issues including human rights and election monitoring, at 10AM and another meeting with FBCCI at 3PM on the same day.

Commission Secretary (district and sessions judge) Mohammad Faruque has informed that the commission is scheduled to hold discussions with the Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission at 2:30PM on November 11 and a UNDP delegation at 11:30AM on November 18.

Earlier, it held a meeting with a seven-member delegation of the Supreme Court Bar Association on October 24.
