BNP National Executive Committee member Hasan Mamun urged party members to remain united to sustain the progress of democracy.

He made this call on Friday afternoon during a public rally at Dashmina Government Secondary School grounds in Patuakhali, organized by the upazila BNP in observance of National Revolution and Solidarity Day.
Hasan Mamun emphasized, "We aim to work as guardians of the people, ensuring their safety, security, and prosperity." He also mentioned that BNP leaders and activists are actively working to protect public interests under the framework of an interim government, calling on party members to stay alert against conspiracies targeting BNP and Tarique Rahman.

He further stated, "We will stand shoulder to shoulder, uniting Hindus, Muslims, Buddhists, and Christians, to develop our land together. By staying united, we will secure victory for the 'sheaf of paddy' in the upcoming elections."

The public meeting was presided over by Upazila BNP President Abdul Alim Talukdar and moderated by General Secretary Shah Alam Shanu and Joint General Secretary Fakhruzzaman Badal.

From early afternoon, large crowds began gathering at the rally site, with people streaming in from various unions and distant areas, chanting slogans and creating a festive atmosphere. The streets of the Upazila were filled with enthusiastic supporters, marking a significant show of strength for the BNP.
