Views on quality education exchanged in Pirojpur

PIROJPUR, Nov 7: A views-exchange meeting was held on 'Quality education and infrastructure development' in the district on Wednesday morning.

Pirojpur  Government Mahila College organized the meeting at teachers' lounge.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Md Asharful Alam Khan attended the meeting as the chief guest while College Principal Professor Sheikh Rafiqul Islam presided over it. 

Principal of Government Shaheed Suhrawordi College Professor Panna Lal Roy, Executive Engineer of the Education Engineering Directorate Md Jahirul Islam were present as special guests. 

 Among others, Jamaat Amir Taofajjal Hossain Farid, BNP District Organizing Committee Member Saidul Islam Kismat, Journalist Mahmud Hosain, Freedom Fighter Abdur Razzaque Munan, and NSI Joint Director Md Abdul Quader spoke at the meeting.  

Speakers said, ensuring quality education is needed a comprehensive education plan in every educational institution.

Pirojpur Mahila College has the previous truck record of academic excellence to keep it up in future, they added. 

They further said, infrastructure development is interrelated to the quality education.

 A new academic building is needed by demolishing risky four-storey building. 

DC gave assurance of  providing all necessary steps to ensure quality education in the district.
