25 sued over Juba League leader murder in Natore

Mahabur Rahman, officer-in-charge of Sadar police station, said that Saiful Islam Tara, brother of Saidur Rahman Babu, filed the case with Sadar police station on Thursday.

According to the case statement, some Juba Dal leaders and activists, including its vice president Kabir Kangal, entered the house of Saidur forcibly on October 30 and beat him up mercilessly, leaving him critically injured.

Saidur was taken to Sadar hospital and then shifted to Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday evening.
