Teen commits suicide in Tangail

A teenager reportedly committed suicide by hanging at Dhanbari upazila in Tangail district on Wednesday.

The incident took place on Wednesday morning at Charpara village under Beertara union in the upazila.
The deceased was identified as Shanto, 14, son of Milon Mia, from the same village. He was an eighth grade student of Kadamtali High School.

According to the victim's family members, Shanto committed suicide at any time on Tuesday night. He might have took the decision out off huff with his father.

On Wednesday morning, they discovered the hanging body and informed police.
