BMD forecasts light rain, fog in parts of country

Bangladesh Meteorological Department has forecast light rain at one or two places over Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions in 24 hours commencing 9am on Monday.

“Light rain is likely to occur at one or two places over Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions. Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country, “ said a Met office bulletin, UNB reports.
Night and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

Besides, light to moderate fog may occur at places over the riverbasins of the country during early morning.

Country’s lowest temperature was recoded in Panchagarh’s Tentulia at 18.4 degree Celsius Monday.
