Housewife 'commits suicide' in Bhola

A housewife reportedly committed suicide in Bhola's Lalmohan upazila early Sunday.

The dead was Salma Begum, wife of Akter Hossain, a resident of Kazirabad area under Badarpur union of the upazila.
Locals said the woman took poison in the afternoon at her house over a dispute with her husband. Family members rescued her and took to Lalmohan Upazila Health Complex. 

Later, she died while undergoing treatment at the hospital around 2:30 am.

Lalmohan Police Station Officer-in-Charge Sirajul Islam confirmed it.
