Engr. Kazi Obaidul Hoque's journey reflects resilience, expertise, and a commitment to innovation. Holding a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Technical Education and a Shipbuilding Drafting Course in Naval Architecture from the Bangladesh Institute of Marine Technology (BIMT), he has built a solid foundation for his career. These roles provided him with valuable skills and insights, setting the stage for his return to Bangladesh to launch his ventures.

In his diverse career, Simon has also held senior positions such as Chief Engineer in the Mechanical Department at SBPL Bangladesh and Structural Supervisor at Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory in Dubai. These roles equipped him with expertise in project management, engineering design, and business development. Simon's qualifications are further strengthened by certifications like the Welding Skilled and Low Levy Certificate, verified by the American Bureau of Shipping.
