Bangladeshi all-rounder Mehidy Hasan Miraz has overtaken teammate Shakib Al Hasan in the all-rounder rankings, climbing to third place while South African pacer Kagiso Rabada has ascended to the top of ICC Men's Test bowling rankings, displacing India's Jasprit Bumrah.
Rabada's rise to No. 1 follows his outstanding performances in the ICC World Test Championship, where he recently reached the milestone of 300 Test wickets during South Africa's seven-wicket win over Bangladesh in the first Test.
Australia's Josh Hazlewood moves into the second spot in the Test bowling rankings while Bumrah and Ravichandran Ashwin drop to third and fourth respectively.
Mehidy Hasan Miraz now ranks third among Test all-rounders, surpassing Shakib, who moves down to fourth. Miraz's exceptional contributions during the ongoing series against South Africa have earned him this career-best ranking. Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin hold the top two positions.
In the batting rankings, England's Joe Root remains the No. 1 Test batter, with Kane Williamson and Harry Brook following him in second and third.
Pakistan's Saud Shakeel also entered the top 10 for Test batters moving up 20 places to seventh. New Zealanders Devon Conway, Tom Latham, and Glenn Phillips made notable gains as well.
