Body of missing student recovered from Jamuna

Divers from the Rajshahi Fire Service recovered the body of a student, who had been missing since Friday afternoon, from the Jamuna river in Sirajganj on Saturday morning. 

The deceased was identified as Jihad, 15, son of Md jeweel, a resident of Hossainpur Baganbari area under Sirajganj municipality. 

Earlier, Jihad went missing in the river on Friday while bathing with his friends. Later, divers started to search him on Friday but could not fine. At around 9:30am on Friday, divers recovered his body. 

Md Ataur Rahman, station officer of Sirajganj Fire Service, confirmed the matter.
