3 held with Yaba tablets in Jashore

Joint forces arrested three drug peddlers along with 62 kilograms of Yaba tablets from Sharsha border area in Jashore district on Friday morning.

The arrested individuals are Josim Uddin, 38; Sagor, 35; and Imran, 29, residents of the upazila.

Acting on a tip-off, a team of joint forces consisting of RAB and BGB personnel conducted a raid and arrested them from Bahadurpur border in the upazila along with the drugs.

Flight Lieutenant Md Rasel, acting captain of RAB-6, confirmed the arrests.
