Govt asks for photos, video of July movement

The government has called for people to submit photos and videos of the movement to oust the Awami League government in July and August.

The Press Information Department (PID) asked for submissions in a statement released on Tuesday. It has opened a new email ID at [email protected] to receive the info.

The PID, under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, took the initiative to preserve the photos and audio-visual documents of the unprecedented mass uprising by the students and general people that stirred the entire world for future generations, the statement said.
Anyone with video footage or photos of the movement and the revolution in their collection should mail them to [email protected] with a short description.    — bdnews24.com
