Preparations have started to take BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia to London for higher treatment. Her family and doctors are preparing to take her abroad.
According to senior BNP leaders, the passport department has already handed over Machine Readable Passport (MRP) to Khaleda Zia in early August.
Khaleda Zia's personal physician Dr AZM Zahid Hussain told the Daily Observer, "We have to ensure advance treatment for our Chairperson. But this depends on her physical condition. We will take her out of the country only if her medical board allow."
"Experts are looking into the possibility of Khaleda Zia travelling in an air ambulance or advanced aircraft with a medical
equipment-laden cabin," he said.
Dr Zahid said that preparations are being made for better treatment of Khaleda Zia.
Officials of BNP mentioned that the doctors are making all kinds of preparations keeping in mind whether Khaleda Zia will have any physical problem while travelling by plane.
Her family members and her doctors are carrying out activities by sharing various responsibilities for her treatment abroad.
