United Commercial Bank PLC (UCB) and Gono Bishwabidyalay have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide a range of banking services, including tuition fee collection and other banking facilities.
The signing ceremony took place at the Corporate Office of UCB on Wednesday, says a press release.
Mr. Mohammad Mamdudur Rashid, Managing Director & CEO of UCB, and Professor Dr. Md. Abul Hossain, Vice Chancellor of Gono Bishwabidyalay, graced the event.
Also present at the ceremony were Mr. Nabil Mustafizur Rahman, Additional Managing Director of UCB; Mr. ATM Tahmiduzzaman, Additional Managing Director of UCB; Md. Sekander-E-Azam, SEVP and Head of Transaction Banking at UCB; Professor Md. Serajul Islam, Treasurer of Gono Bishwabidyalay; Abu Muhammad Mukammel, Registrar (In-charge) of Gono Bishwabidyalay; and Mohammad Abdul Kader, Director (Finance & Accounts) of Gono Bishwabidyalay, along with other senior officials from both institutions.
