3 AL leaders held in Kishoreganj

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has arrested three local Awami League leaders during the last the last 24-hours in Kishoreganj district.

The arrested men are District Unit General Secretary of the party MA Afzal, Tarail Upazila President Azizul Haque Motahar and General Secretary Giashuddin Lucky.
Md Torikul Islam, officer-in-charge of Kishoreganj Sadar Model Police Station, said," Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested MA Afzal from his house in the district town this morning."

A case was filed against him over attack on anti-discrimination student movement men.

Besides, Azizul Haque Motahar was held at his village Dhala in Tarail upazila last night in a case filed in Kishoreganj Sadar Police Station and General Secretary Lucky arrested at Kalna village, said officer-in-charge of Tarail Police Station Sohel Mia.
