More secys, addl secys made OSD 

More secretaries and additional secretaries within the administration have been made Officers on Special Duty (OSD). The Public Administration Ministry on Tuesday issued separate notifications in this regard.

Among those affected are Cultural Affairs Secretary Md. Khalilur Rahman, Liberation War Affairs Ministry Additional Secretary AKM Tipu Sultan, Information and Communication Technology Division Additional Secretary Habibur Rahman, Bangladesh Economic Zone Authority (BEZA) Chairman Dr. Md. Masumur Rahman, and Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA) Member Selim Fakir, all of whom have been made OSD.

Additionally, Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments Inspector General Abdur Rahim Khan has been transferred to the Ministry of Commerce as Additional Secretary. His previous posting as Director General of the Public Private Partnership Authority (PPPA), which was announced on Monday, has been cancelled.
