Youth dies of snake bite in Kishoreganj

A young man died after being bitten by a venomous snake in Kishoreganj's Katiadi upazila early Monday.

The dead Afzal Hossain, 22, was a resident of Dakshin Charpukkhia village under Jalalpur union.
According to locals, a venomous snake bit his leg while he was sitting at Kazir Bazar on Sunday evening. 

Later, when the poisoning worsened, he was taken to a Kabiraj. When the poisoning increased around 2 am, he was taken to Bhagalpur Jahurul Islam Medical Hospital in Bajitpur. He later died there around 4:30 am.
