Journos urged to help curb crimes in Feni

FENI, Sept 18: Newly posted Superintendent of Police (SP) in the district held a view-exchange meeting with journalists on Tuesday.

SP Md Habibur Rahman spoke on law and order situation and different affairs of the police at the meeting held at the drill shade of Feni Police Line in the noon. He replied various quarries from journalists and discussed their recommendations in detail. 

The briefing of the SP included law and order situation, drugs, smuggling prevention, eve-teasing, terrorism-free society, teenage gang, and public safety.      

He assured all of taking necessary measures in this regard.

He sought sincere and responsible role from the journalists in carrying out these challenging issues and curbing crimes in the society. He also sought cooperation from civil society and students' society. 

He further said, smart policing services, checking teenage gang, and preventing gambling-stealing will control law and order situation at each police station.

Additional SP (ASP) Din Mohammad, ASP Shahdat Hossain, and other police officials were present at the meeting.
