Man's body recovered from paddy field

Police recovered the body of a man from a paddy field at Aditmari upazila in Lalmonirhat district on Wednesday.

The deceased was Ramjan Ali, 65, from Baksipara village under Hajiganj upazila.
According to police sources, locals discovered the body around 7 AM on Wednesday at Chowdhurypara area under Bhelabari union of Aditmari upazila and informed them. Later, they recovered the body and sent to a hospital morgue for autopsy.

Aditmari Police Station officer-in-charge Mahmud Un Nabi confirmed the matter, adding that furthers actions will be taken upon investigation.
