Bullet injured Imon dies at DMCH

A student who suffered bullet injuries during the quota reform student movement in Tangail on August 4, died at a hospital in Dhaka on Sunday morning.

Imon died around 5:00am while undergoing treatment at the Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH), said inspector Bachchu Miah, in-charge of DMCH police outpost.

The 22-year-old Imon passed his HSC examinations from Moniruzzaman Khan BM College.

The victim's friend Imran Hossain said Imon suffered gunshot wounds during a clash at Gorai area on August 4. He was rushed to a private hospital at Uttara and from there he was shifted to the DMCH.
